The construction of a gaming and entertainment complex on the Caspian shore — what's known about it and from where
A project. Under construction, not open, no opening date announced.
The official Sea Breeze Real Estate channel posted the videos “Royalé Casino is coming soon to Sea Breeze” (03.09.2026) and “Royalé Casino: a new era of excitement” (04.09.2026) with drone footage of the construction: the frame with its colonnade, tower cranes, concrete mixers and interior shots with scaffolding. The videos end with a “COMING SOON” card.

The frame is up, tower cranes and concrete mixers are at work, inside there's scaffolding and formwork, and stone figures are being mounted on the facade. This is visible in official drone footage from late August and early September 2026.
