Where It's Being Built
Map
The Resort Shore by the Reclaimed Crescent
Coordinates corrected on 28.09.2026: the satellite (Esri World Imagery) shows a large oval construction pit exactly at this point, and its scale matches the casino's stated area (>90 000 m²); the previous point (40.58771, 49.92405) was about 800 m to the east, on the Halfmoon crescent itself, where there is no pit.
You can't look around the site from inside: it's an active construction site. The building's outline is easy to see from the coastal road and from the upper floors of neighboring quarters.

The road
By Car
From central Baku take the Nardaran highway, then enter the Sea Breeze resort grounds. From there, follow the internal streets to the shore.
Inside the Resort
Golf carts and e-scooters run around the grounds — it's easier to reach the shore by the construction site on one of them than on foot.
What to Expect
The venue doesn't exist yet: no entrance, no ticket office, no guest parking. All you can see is a construction site behind a fence.
